The Mission
The Marwar Trust is dedicated to the control of stray dog populations and canine rabies in order to reduce child and adult mortality and improve animal welfare.

The Vision
The Marwar Trust is committed to eliminating rabies in India. Adhering to the World Health Organisation's (WHO) rabies control guidelines and standards, the Marwar Trust believes in supporting and building the country's local capacity for controlling canine rabies, while promoting the highest standards of animal welfare.

Marwar Trust has two main goals. The short term goal is to control the stray dog population and canine rabies in Jodhpur, India, through The Jodhpur Project. The long term goal is to disseminate the results from the Jodhpur Project furthering the knowledge of animal birth control and rabies vaccination programs.
